This is a patent for a target via this technology, not the technology platform. And who knows if it will hold.

The IP situation in this space remains murky, and will be so for some years, despite press releases seeming to claim otherwise. This was discussed in the early days of the thread, before I threw my hands up because I knew there was no way I'd figure it out.

There are precious few IP attorneys in the biotech area, and none of them post here on SI, darn it.
