Thanks, found it at sec dot gov also. The Barnett opportunity is the Ball Field in Palo Pinto County, 75 miles west of Ft. Worth. The shale gets thinner out that way and not as productive, but they are the operator of 17 wells over 4900 acres and have 29 proved developed locations out there. The Barnett and Cherokee Basin properties are what caught my attention.

The four year warrants are trading at a discount to the common presently, but the risk, of course, is the deal not closing by 10/07 at which point the warrants might be worthless.
