My personal opinion is that lottery stocks in general are a SELL because it is a competitive (i.e., low margin) industry that (I feel) is going to lose market share to internet-based gambling/gaming. As states/governments see income decreasing, they will do more competitive bidding, and squeeze as much revenue as possible from companies like this one. Check out the activity in Cryptologics O.CRYP, if you want to see an example of how well a company can do in the gaming industry <for the record, I am a CRYPTO stock holder> David
