According to my recent talks with both companies (FWIW) the merger is on track. If you read Tandem's January announcement ("should be closed in 90 days") - April is the month... PGRIW has about 40% upside right now, and maybe more if/when the deal is closed (PGRI may jump on news). Of course, everything is possible, and, you are right,in some scenarios warrants are worthless. Assuming that the merger is done as planned, what do you think about new Platinum Energy? From my conversation with IR they plan to be listed on big exchange (NYSE or NASDAQ), and may look for other acquisitions. Looks like a perfect start: no debt and big upside potential. What's your opinion about the value of the property they are buying from Tandem?
