A secondary distribution of 791,000 shs was made for the DENRON shareholders who are unloading. NO JPMX management is unloading! This is far less than the 3,000,000 shrs mentioned earlier by the company. EDGAR filing 424B1 filed Sept 17 (appeared Sept 18) has some interesting up-to-date news on company's business strategy. Mentions newly established relationships with CISCO, Qualcomm, Alcatel, Solectron, and Symbios Logics. I'm more bullish on JPMX after reading this filing. The last quarter should be a really positive affair as Europe comes back from vacation. Good luck! Karl
