AmyJ, after a lengthy exposition on why most people do not cheat the system (instant loss of friends for instance), now asserts that “non-hightech South Bay catholic immigrants” (i.e. Hispanic) routinely cheat the system.

Well, AmyJ, you did say, "there are clues in people's behavior [and public statements] that are leading indicators of future troubles - these are the people to avoid or educate. I think most would intuitively sense it, whether through inconsistencies or other subtle signals. People are smarter than what you give them credit for. People are creatures of habit."
