Gandrich shaken out .....Crystallex International - Whether I like it or not (and that depends if the
stock is going up or down), I seemingly have become the unofficial (and
non-compensated) "promoter" for KRY.

It would take 10, 20, 50 pages, or more to write about this stock and even
then some of us could end up wondering who's right or wrong, who will win or
lose. So why not just get down to basics.

KRY is all but likely to be a $3 or $30 stock in the coming days, weeks, or God
forbid, months (my stomach can't take months).

I have chosen to side with KRY. Why? In part to my sometimes "fallible"
belief in my gut feeling and the skills (or lack of) of senior management.
When this is all over, win or lose, (of which if it's lose I will face the
wrath of individual and professional advisors alike, most of it will be sour
grapes, and Monday Morning Quarterbacking), I will have the same faith and
confidence in KRY's President Marc Oppenheimer, no ifs, ands, or buts about
it. Call me stupid or call me fortunate for having had the privilege of
developing a close personal and business relationship, of which I can say no
one at any other company I have ever owned stock in and/or worked for, has
demonstrated a more dedicated, honest, sincere approach in the quest to
greatly benefit shareholders value.

As I stated earlier, this story has had more twists than Chubby Checker has
performed over the last 30 years. Is KRY right? Is PDG right? Is the cup
half full or half empty? We all make our own conclusions and place our bets.
Like others, I have been shaken out recently. It's only natural. Each side
has a plan and one must assume they have thought it through. I just believe in
the end, from what I have been able to grasp (and no one has 100% of all the
factors), KRY offers a risk-reward ratio highly favorable to reward.

The Grandich Letter - September 19, 1997 - Crystallex Update

Special Update, Friday September 19th at 6:30PM (EST)

If I didn't know it before, I now know that a lot of people are looking to
me for guidance on KRY. My latest observation in The Grandich Letter has
seemingly generated a lot of inquiries in the short time its been out.

Keeping in mind (how many times must I note it?) that I am not offering
investment advice, I merely pointed out that the swings in KRY and the
twists in the story led me to lower my position, of which had been
constantly added to up until this past week. I still hold the majority of
the position and have been looking for a re-entry point.

Having said that, and having to read garbage e-mail like I am manipulating
the stock, I am a crook, etc; I will no longer discuss my "private"
actions. My, "bet my lungs," commentary was an honest apprassial of my actions
just as it is now sincere when I say my opinion on KRY (an individual
investor view and nothing more) is exactly (100%) as it has been stated in
my newsletter.

In my opinion, Bob Bishop has provided the best commentary that fits my
observation.
