Curly: Thanks for the informations you provided. Just talked to my friend at INTC, he said that INTC's 0.25um line is using SVGI's stepper with Lambda Physik's mercury lamp. But they will switch ALL to Cymer's laser light source 1st quarter next year because of better resolution and therefore yield. That is just what I heard. Good luck. Ken
