MOTG is getting a fair amount of trading today
at .03 ahead of the upcoming (within 8 days) announcement from HRVE
regarding their board's decision to either accept or reject their
tender offer.

I've looked at HRVE and I can't imagine they'd ultimately decline this.

reasons to support this 51% tender offer:

- HRVE is a .70 nasdaq smallcap, already in danger of delisting

- With 100 shares ($70) traded today, HRVE isnt exactly the most
liquid of stocks out there.

- HRVE only has about $17,000 in cash as of their last quarter.

Most believe people HRVE will try to nickel and dime this and try to
squeeze MOTG for a better offer - but I ultimately think this deal
will be done.

From emails and conversations with the MOTG CEO from people across
several message boards - it appears the CEO says the deal will be done
regardless of whether the 'initial attempt' fails. This means it could
end up a 'hostile' takeover. A lot of publicity for MOTG stock, that's
for sure.

I currently own 6,800 shares @ .028, and have not been compensated by
MOTG/HRVE to provide coverage of their stocks.

Regards and Best of Luck,
Tim / PQL Research
