Well, yes, It was. I've written several posts about port security- before the Dubai flap even happened- I don't think we pay enough attention to our ports- they are borders, after all. I don't think any foreign powers should be running them- just as I would hope you wouldn't turn over border security to a foreign power, but that's JMO.
