TO ALL: Cheap Investor Hot-Line 9/19/97 RECOMENDATION on CNSI. A BUY recomendation went out on CNSI in the September issue @$3.94 with the warning that CNSI had moved up and was a volatial stock, suggesting to place a buy on the stock UNDER the Market( I can quote this if need be). The Cheap Investor was shocked at the news which hammered CNSI, but says that the Commpany IS NOT scraping the product but just going to do some additional testing, and make a decision on WHEN to resume trials. The Cheap Investor will have a compleat update on CNSI in the October issue. The Cheap Investor thinks CNSI is a GREAT BUY at the $2 3/8 level to either average down or to BUY the stock IF YOU DO NOT OWN CNSI. I speak with Bill often and will keep this thread updated on Bill Mathews Comments.
