Bush has always taken the free money for being who he is, a Bush. He has a long history, ever since he took money from the Bin Lauden surrogate to start Armbusto. He took George Soros's money too at Harken. He got a free ride on the Texas Rangers deal based on his last name. And Carlyle Group (also in bed with the Bin Laudens) took care of him on Caterair which Bush ran into the ground.

Even if he is impeached, expect Bush to pick up about 100 million in semi-free money from the likes of Carlyle and exxon, while Cheney does the same from Halliburton, who he has served with great loyalty for the past five years.
