Donald: I will start the discussion.... The stock is trading between 6
and 7. A private placement below the market price is frustrating...units
are even more frustrating...I will not be frustrated at all, however, if
the private placement was with a prestigious firm whose investment in
Naxos will generally be viewed as an endorsement by a major name. I
wonder why the name of the investor was not given. To me this indicates
that it is not a big name investor with a name which will give instant
credibility to the stock. Since Naxos is a foreign "non-reporting" company,
I wonder if Naxos will be required to file any documents with the SEC or
NASDAQ regarding the name of the investor.
