Taking secret FBI files into your possession to learn weaknesses of your political enemies is ILLEGAL. It is vile and disgusting too. But I am not surprised you are trying to justify your support for such a "strategy". You are delusional. This was a very serious breach that has been "justified" by folks like you since it happened. Why not just say "No bid deal, it was a democrat". What is your excuse for Berger?
