Who should benefit from tax reduction? Any sane person would expect that taxpayers would be the beneficiaries of tax cuts. Those that expect the roughly 49% of Americans who pay no taxes to benefit are not rational.

It is very interesting the number of irrational people who feel compelled to share their opinions. Some of them actually get published by whacko sites like sfgate.
