IB notified me via "Bulletin" on TWS and email about 10 minutes after the trade that it was "under review." I got another bulletin and email about 30 minutes later (and my "executions" page changed the # shares in the trade to 0) that it was busted. This is IB, there is no human contact of any kind - ever. Cheaper that way.
