I learned that, but I finally had enough and when the last one was screaming for a supervisor because I slammed my shoes on the counter...(this was at the gate, mind you, after going through security) the supervisor, came up and checked my ticket and saw that not only was I on the flight legally, but first class, he personally escorted me onto the airplane and kept apologizing for embarrassing me...
