Surprising - not!

When rightists say the President can authorize the declassification of anything, I think, can he? What if he wanted to declassify military secrets? Plans? Troop dispositions? Agents? Methods? There must be some process that allows agencies to review the proposed declassified material.

And, the methodology of declassifying by leaking through a staffer just doesn't feel like the official process. LOL!
