At least there was one person who understood that there is a limit to how far a person can be pushed. If is a shame that Republicans sold out to get the deal done easily. They could have held Democrats heels to the fire and not allowed the TSA flunkies to be unionized.

You would have received better treatment. Employees with problems are easier to terminate when they are represented by a union. The result is that employees are generally more attentive the needs of their customers. (That would be you.)
