IT'S official. Carlin Gold Corp. is taking over Toquima Gold. Once this deal is one, v.cgd will have 10 (yes, ten) properties in Nevada and partial ownership of an Alaska project, to be spun off. Very small market cap, tight float, and several projects already at the drilling stage ( Romarco is currently a Jv on one), I feel this is a keeper. Also, I think Roulston reco'd this a couple of months ago, but dont know for sure. check it out. Anyone else have any info on this company? carlingold.com
