Agree, this is overreaction... However, what I do not like is the 3 year time frame... "If Pinson fails to make US$30 million of qualifying expenditures within 3 years Atna will regain a 70% interest." Barrick can sit on this project for next 2 years...?, and then get down to developing this into a mine...? My preference would be let Barrick have 75% interest and give them 12 months...!!
