The problem with Hawkmoon is that he relies on war for income. No war, no tax-free income.

Therefore, Hawkmoon and his ilk, will always try to gen up conflict and destroy the lives of others...for a buck. It's immoral, unethical and destructive but the half of human beings who are goons and thugs don't know any better.

I think it's genetic, or maybe viral but, so far, it is without a cure. That's why Hawkmoon spends so much time railing against 'IslamoFascists,' he's most obsessed by his kissing cousins.
