I'm still been getting the harassing calls though that seems to have slowed down to a trickle this week. One day two weeks ago FIVE separate companies called me.

The mortgage broker/realtor radio shows around here still pumping the low payments on the 1% pay programs to no end. "...purchase this lovely $400k townhouse and move in with zero down and payments of only $1300 a month which is less than the cost of rent.."
