To All: An update on the guy who owns 40 homes/condos in Phoenix, Boise, Colorado Springs, and Las Vegas. I just saw him for the first time in a couple of months. He does not think that this year will be a good year for appreciation. However, he does not believe that there is any reason to sell because real estate is a good long term investment. Jim
