i really have to say the 'cost to remove' illegals is such a bogus argument in favor of amnesty

FAIR is right....go after the employer, dry up the social service incentive and they will remove themselves

and this another bogus argument:

"Right now everything that's happening in the United States, the restaurant and hospitality industry, all the housing and building construction, all the farming, this is being done mainly by illegal immigrants," he said. "This country needs these illegal workers more than the illegal workers need this country."

my answer to that guy is that ANY job that pays substandard wages based on illegal immigration deserves what it gets...this is the worst kind of 'corporate welfare' to date...'help me, federal gov't , because i won't/can't pay a competitive wage'

what a bunch of bolded BS

indeed the real disaster was allowing this huge wave of illegals working for next to nothing....

it's interesting...here in the midwest where there is not nearly the influx of illegals, you see the mcdonads, wendy's, etc, paying 10/hr, plus benefits....and you see americans doing those jobs...

the fact is that the seemingly endless supply of illegals (most notably in the SW) is suppressing wages for the entry level worker

looks like a race to the bottom to me
