Cheney will make tens of millions from his no-bid contracts to Halliburton. Just watch. Maybe even 50-100 million, once he leaves office. His options still remain in his hands and have tripled in value since he started giving Halliburton everything it could ever dream of in terms of pork barrel spending projects.
