The following received from Ian Reece - PC Docs CFO regarding release of first quarter earnings and status of announced share buyback program(this is a copy of his e-mail response): October 23 No buy back yet, for a variety of reasons including possession of material undisclosed information - ie being in an "insider" position. We still plan to buy some shares once the insider info is released or goes away and/or if the price drops dramatically from current levels. Just an observation on behalf of PC Docs shareholder relations. Previous posts have been extremely negative regarding the responsiveness of Ian Reece and questions from shareholders. In his defense, he responded to my e-mail very quickly. Anyone interested in contacting him should check out the PC Docs web site for an e-mail link to Ian Reece. Web site address is www.pcdocs.com. With regard to Sultan's questions on insider holdings and short position, am still researching and will advise. Regards, Unoo
