It's a mix of Mexicans and poor white people. 90,000 Mexicans live in the valley. The Mormons welcome them, and anyone else who'll join their cult. My next door neighbor is a naturalized Mexican/American who employs a crew of illegals and builds houses.

I hear what you're saying though. In Texas, the building trades used to be a good paying job for those without an education. Now, you'd have to speak spanish and work for less.
