MM,

Puh-leeze! Insiders control 50% of the outstanding shares and another
20% are held by institutional investors. The record shows that insider selling has been miniscule in IAIC! How much has ALYD's CEO Gruder been dumping on the market? The record shows substantially more than IAIC's insiders. And ALYD has TEN MILLION MORE SHARES OUTSTANDING THAN IAIC giving it a market valuation more than THREE TIMES IAIC's.

Nevertheless, I thank the ALYD's of the world to show Y2K toolset
investors what an undervalued bargain IAIC is! Oh yes, and ALYD's
earnings (or lack thereof) have been a real eye-opener! Thank you ALYD
shareholders for remaining so loyal.

You are probably right about IAIC's Q3/97 numbers ... but who cares?
With IAIC's UNICAST products for CA's clients being unveiled in October (Q4/97) and at least two addtional products shortly thereafter, it is the "forward-looking" investors who will stand up and take notice of IAIC's franchise value thanks to its CA alliance.
You FAIL to mention that the IAIC-CA alliance is for 4GL products of
CA that are widely in use. ALYD & others do NOT address this HUGE
market estimated to be in the several billions of lines of code. AND
IAIC will still be remdediating COBOL code with its other Y2K alliances.

BTW, I remain ver-r-ry long on IAIC and have no position or interest
in ALYD. I wish ALYD nothing but success.

MM, BTW, you've never stated what your position is WRT IAIC no
matter how many times we ask! Why is that? I get the feeling that
you are just part of the "cyber peanut gallery" and have no interest
long or short in IAIC. Please clarify what your agenda is!

Warmest regards.

Elliot

PS: Both you and MD keep on saying that you'll never post on this
thread again ... yet both of you keep on resurfacing here! Do us all
a favor, for once, keep your word!
