I took a minute to look at PPTL. I liked the website just fine, but when I went to pinksheets, I didn't like this too much:

- Like PLNI, pinksheets won't give them a quote
- Outstanding Shares: 894,890,000 as of 2006-02-27
- Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 4000 split. Effective date=2-24-05

Bro, they have probably sold a bunch of share to get back to ~900 mil in one year. But, I see what you are saying about the insiders and such...since there is no way to know, I like to stick to stocks that I can see a little more what's going on....I try to keep "the edge"...if you know what i mean. But hey, PTTL could go to the moon...I have no way to really know.
