Buzz, Mr.Ravitch in case anyone doesn't know is the president of a firm called Libra. Libra was the underwriter for the prefered. Why would he buy stock in a scam? To all newbies on the thread. There is a 100% bonified crackpot on this thread. He or it does not own any stock but has continued to post incessantly after claiming to have lost $2,000. He seems to be on a mission to keep anyone from ever buying this stock. Due your DD, look at the product, the insider buying, the partners, the huge position owned by the CEO {Over 30%} of total shares etc. Than decide. The crackpot may just be some kind of social experiment.
