No evidence whatsoever Saddam tried to kill Bush I. If there were evidence I'd believe it. All along, you see, the evil danger of Saddam has been trumped up by the Bushes. After all, this was a battle over oilfields, and when it comes to oilfields the Bushes take things very-very seriously.

One more thing, Saddam loved Reagan. And Rumsfield was a friend. During the Reagan years Saddam was our ally. We may have even supplied him with WMD. In fact Rumsfield may have been the delivery boy. Think about that.
