The information about her was classified, which is why the CIA asked for an investigation. The leaking of that classified material not only blew her cover, but also the other agents at Brewster Jennings & Associates. As far as the Chinese goes, there is ample evidence that it was the Reagan administration that gave them the information on the W88 and the missiles for their help in arming the contras.
