I don't watch much of CNN, and no CBS, but I haven't detected any on CNN. Of course, news tends to be inherently negative, else it is not really news. And as I recall, CNN was played up Monicagate (and the rest of the so-called Clintongates) heavily.

Maybe it's all eye-of-the-beholder stuff - naaaah. :)
