Sergio. Recently rejoined LUNN but with some trepidation. This centers around the fact that TPG, the great monolith in this equation is also the great unknown. No need to answer here because these questions will undoubtedly be covered in the updated report, but I wonder about the following: a. Does TPG, in spite of what we know will be their accountants' best efforts, have an earnings shortfall? If so, how much? If so, why? Did they lose an important client or clients? b. TPG's new contracts. Any factual basis for their existence? Why wait to publicize same? Most companies, public & private, want the publicity. c. TPG holders of Newco preferred stock. What will conditions of their new preferred be? Is such an issuance a concession from LUNN to TPG? d. Where does estimate of $144mm combined sales of Newco come from? How does one derive an estimate when the great monolithic unknown is involved? e. If the answers to above are not available, aren't we buying LUNN (Newco) a little on faith? Reading this, I realize I may be seeking answers to impossible questions. Know you will do your best. Looking forward to the update. Best regards, OH
