Joanie, I expect that there will be approval by the SEC on Monday and the rest is a formality. The merger will then be announced. The volume is starting to pick up and that's a good sign. I have to put some things together for our report from the different sources that we have. TPG has an amazing amount of contracts that have not been announced. These are new deals that have just been finalized. I really feel that we are on top of this. When I spoke to Larry Schwartz, LUNN's CFO, today, I think that we scooped him on TPG's latest deal.
