chemical dumps in important waterways

I just watched a special on the science channel how we haven't been able to eat fish out of hudson bay since 1975 because of all the PCB's in them.

The fix for both places is this - the folks who do the dumping - make it where they can only eat the fish from the places they pollute - make the senators only be able to eat from there too - wonder how fast things would get cleaned up then?

As long as they have a disconnect from where they can pollute and where they can eat - there will never be enough personal incentive for them to use thier power for change.
