Century Mining post on SH

Where is the $25MM from the PP going? And where will the additional ~$7.5MM from the $0.51 warrants be spent? Lots of cash on hand now.

They need money to pay off the Peru acquisition. That's C$5.5MM.

Need money to fund Lamaque exploration. That's $6MM.

Need money to buy the new Komatsu trucks. Thats $5MM.

Need $2MM to buy back the royalty. That's about $18.5MM.

They should get some cash from selling the used trucks. Perhaps $1MM?

So that leaves about C$15MM in the kitty plus strong cash flows from S-L of C$2+ million a month. (8000 oz x $275 = US$2.2MM per month).

By year end they should have about C$35+MM in cash with exit production approaching 200,000 oz.

And with 200,000+ oz in '07, they should be seeing nearly $5MM a month in cash flow.

So next year, they should be seeing about $60MM (at least) in cash flow. Or about 2.4x current market cap. Methinks this has 10 bagger written all over it un the next two years...

The only thing I think that remains is the IQ debt that is of any size.

Take another C$8MM off the table, worse case. That would still leave CMM with a cash position over C$25MM at year end and no debt.

So CMM should be easily able to fund the ~C$8MM expansion in Peru and do a substantial drilling to prove up reserves into 43-101 compliant.

And if Champune really does prove out grades and tonnages anywhere near the historical numbers, CMM may soon be Canada's "newest 1MM oz producer" in a few short years.

The upside at current prices truly is astonishing. CMM will surely get respect and start to approach fair value as these projects progress this year.
