"Foreclosure filings are on the rise and will hit record highs this year. Banks will suffer as well" What makes me think the soft landing will be a hard crash now is it has gotten this bad so fast in so many areas yet foreclosure filings are just now beginning to increase after being at very low levels in bubble markets.. So many people stuck without a chair now that the music has stopped.
