Perlegen Sciences files for $115 million IPO Mon Apr 10, 2006 6:43 AM ET WASHINGTON, April 10 (Reuters) - Biopharmaceutical firm Perlegen Sciences Inc. on Monday said it was planning an initial public offering of as much as $115 million in common stock. In a preliminary offering document filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the company did not set terms of the IPO, which will be underwritten by Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank Securities, Piper Jaffray and Allen & Company LLC. Perlegen is seeking a Nasdaq listing under the symbol "PERL."
