Sprink, say you applied for the same loan at three banks pledging the same assets. Say you were approved for all three loans but didn't tell one bank about the others. Would that be bank fraud? Now say you applied for yet another loan and pledged assets, say, earth movers and the like, that didn't belong to you. Is that bank fraud? Just wondering. - Jeff
