No surprise then that WCI is the biggest percentage loser of all the homebuilders today.. Most are finally in the red now after opening up. When is Wall Street going to finally figure out what is going on? First time I've ever seen the discounting mechanism of the market looking forward 6-12 months not really work other than for a few select builders like Toll Bros already in a steep downtrend.
