Yes. My silence says "Stop being so rude and leave me alone." Apparently you missheard my silence. When I go back to being silent again, after posting this, the above is STILL what my silence means. If I post to you, I encourage what you do, and I just can't do that.

I didn't PM Dale about you Solon. You can rest your mind- I'm not out to get you. I haven't asked anyone to ban you anywhere. That's not what I do. Just as I defend people in public, if I wanted people to ban you I would say it in public. The ONLY times I contact people is when it is about their behavior, and I think there is some hope that the person in question will change their behavior if asked nicely in PM.
