This is what I had heard several times before...coupled with Junipers comment (Cymer call) which also lead me to believe it was true...(that only SVGI is shipping scanners)...I'm obviouly mistaken, although 2 scanners in 2 years sounds like test machines....or...?? Any idea what IBM thought of the two...and to you know which version of micrascan that is off the top of your head? Also, it does SEEM that "Mr.T's" (Terossian, SVGI CEO) assertion that SVGI has a lead on its competitors has some merit given the information in the Cymer call (at least the way it looked to me)...your opinion of that assertion and the different machines would be greatly appreciated!
