TPID commenced technical exchange with China Banknote Printing and Minting Corporation ????: On February 9 2006, relevant technicians and marketing personnel of True Product ID Technology (Beijing) Limited (hereunder referred to as TPID) conducted further negotiation and exchange with the specialists from the technical center of China Banknote Printing and Minting Corportation about the anti-counterfeiting technology in the banknote printing and minting field and the issues with the facilities, based on the application of the S-DNA elemental taggant information technology in the fields. It draw great interest and good evaluation of all anti-counterfeiting specialists present at the meeting who are the technical elites of the Chinese anti-counterfeiting industry. This technical exchange promoted the mutual understanding of the two parties and paved an excellent foundation for the future cooperation.
China Banknote Printing and Minting Corporation is the legal banknote manufacturer of China, subordinating 22 large and medium-sized enterprises and one technical center. At the meeting, the TPID personnel conducted a complete introduction to the “TPID Authentication Management System” to vividly demonstrate its features and advantages including its security, accuracy, low application cost, powerful identification capability and asset protection capability, and gave detailed answers to the questions of the specialists who expressed their recognition of our “S-DNA elemental taggant” technology and great interest in the powerful functions of the intelligent analysis & authentication system. The specialists unanimously believed that the “TPID Authentication Management System” will play an important role once applied in the fields of banking, taxation and securities, etc.

TPID attended the 2nd High-level Meeting on Sino-Japan Electronics IT Industry Copyright ????: On February 23rd 2006, Beijing saw the 2nd High-level Meeting on Sino-Japan Electronics IT Industry Copyright jointly hosted by CECC and JEITA, which was attended by representatives of more than 20 large-scale Chinese and Japanese enterprises, including CECC, China AQSIQ, China Intellectual Property Right Bureau, Tsinghua Tongfang, Sony and so on. All parties at the meet communicated and exchanged a lot on intellectual property right protection and anti-counterfeiting, and agreed on some conclusions about the establishment of a promotion system for joint intellectual property right investigation. As the True Product ID authentication and anti-counterfeiting technology supplier, True Product ID Technology (Beijing) Limited (hereunder referred to as TPID) sent representatives to this meeting and conducted sufficient communication and exchange with both Chinese and Japanese enterprises on how to use the TPID authentication management system to fight against counterfeiting, which was well applauded by all VIPs and representatives of related enterprises at the meeting.
The TPID intelligent analysis and authentication system passed the test of China ESI Safety and EMC Testing Center of Electronic Industry ????: Recently, the “Portable Analysis & Authentication System” of True Product ID Technology (Beijing) Limited passed the ionizing radiation test conducted by China ESI Safety and EMC Testing Center of Electronic Industry and certified for the same. The lab check report is numbered as: W06-S019. Relying on the high-energy ray activation mechanism, the TPID intelligent analysis & authentication system can optionally analyze elements. It can scan deep molecular structure with fine identification to detect the existence of S-DNA taggant at PPM level.
According to the security requirements of the GB4793.1-1995 measurement, control and lab-purposed electrical equipment, China ESI Safety and EMC Testing Center of Electronic Industry conducted a test of the X-ray energy for the intelligent analysis & authentication system submitted by TPID. The test was conducted from different directions: front, back, left, right, top and bottom. The measured value of the instrument is 0µSv/h - 1.2µSv/h, much lower than the standard 5µSv/h; in special, the measured X-ray energy value on its back is 0µSv/h;
therefore, the instrument is absolutely safe to the operator. This test proves that the TPID intelligent analysis & authentication instrument does no harm to human bodies and the environment.
Vice President of TPID attended a reception hosted for chief representatives of overseas printing and printing equipment companies in China ????: In order to set up an exchange and cooperation platform for all Chinese and foreign printing and equipment enterprises, promote information exchange, develop various international exchange and cooperation on technology, trading and joint investment, China Association of Printing and Printing Equipment Industries held a reception at Beijing International Hotel on February 17 2006 for the chief representatives from the offices of overseas printing and printing equipment companies. Mr. Zhang Jianyong, vice president of our company was invited to the reception.
As the unique industrial organization of the Chinese printing industry, China Association of Printing and Printing Equipment Industries is organized under the guidelines of “Grant Printing”, the naturally extending economic rules of the industry chain and the systematic engineering methods by the printing and printing equipment & material industries in the trans-industrial and trans-departmental mode, involving such aspects as production, information, circulation and customers.
The reception was hosted by Mr. Wang Demao, vice standing director of the Association. Mr. Yu Zhen, director of the Association and member of the Standing Committee of CPPCC National Committee showed hearted appreciation to the concern and support from the offices of the overseas printing enterprises. He also introduced all excellent achievements of the Association in the past 20 years and the measures to be taken for future exchanges and cooperation. He also expressed his hope that the Association would cooperate with foreign merchants for more exchange, better understanding, friendship promotion and mutual development, so as to pay more effort to the development of the Chinese printing industry and the progress of the world printing industry. The vice secretary general Mr. Liu Wanrui disclosed the statistic data of the Chinese printing industry in 2005 on behalf of the Association; while Mr. Song Baozhi, vice secretary general, introduced the preparation progress of the 2007 China (Guangdong) International Printing Industry Exhibition to the guests.
The reception was witnessed by 53 representatives of over 40 overseas enterprises, 15 journalists of 13 printing media, and more than 90 VIPs from the National Bureau of Press and Publication, and the related associations and units. All these representatives unanimously agreed that it is necessary to hold meetings of this kind and timely release industrial information so as to jointly accomplish the annual objectives.
During the meeting, Mr. Zhang Jianyong conducted deep communication and discussion with the responsible people, leaders and representatives of the Association, organization committee and participating companies on the application of the S-DNA elemental taggant information technology in the printing industry, which was positively agreed and applauded by the involved leaders and experts. Mr. Zhang expressed his wish to actively assist the Association with its key programs in 2006 and promote the development of the Chinese printing industry.
