BTW, my travelling companions seem certain that the 27.5% duty on PRC goods has zero chance of passage, and yesterday we heard from the PRC officiadom on the whys of impossibility, making Iraq quagmire seem like a picnic.

Interesting, some of travelling companion whom I have known for a few years asked me about gold price and what it all meant. I cheered them up ;0)
