No, Covad has about 268 million outstanding shares, and they just printed out another $10 million @ 1.63 for ELNK, Thats about another 6 million shares. So we now have 270 million shares X $5.60 = 1.512 billion market cap. I got the the 268m figure from yahoo.com, I hope that includes the Nexweb 20m shares just printed as well. covad is printing shares faster than than one can keep track of these days. OH an CH was just given options for 625,000 shares last week. Ch must have had a meeting with George Bush last winter. Bush told him its easy, just print more money (shares)
