There most certainly are terrorists in Iraq The CIA says that prior to the war there were no terrorists in Iraq. Some foreign fighters showed up after the war began. Estimates of the number of foreign fighters involved in "insurgent attacks" are around 5% or even less. there most certainly are indications of collaboration between Iraq and Al Qaeda Indications? We're still waiting for you to post a link of such indications. Indications are not a reason for preemptive war. You need solid facts. and terrorism (including 911) Including 9-11? Link please.
