Absolutely not - it'll make a "martyr" out of him and thus be more fuel for fanatics and create more problems than what we already have. Ditto for bin Laden. Best if they are locked up behind jail forever. I also do not believe in the death penalty. But in this situation, even if you do believe in the death penalty, giving him one could potentially create a national security risk for our country over the years. I'd rather see this country focused on preventing danger so we can live safely in our country, rather than fueling it.
