GOGI, I agree completely. This bodes very well for shareholders. This is a deal that is done and completed for a very specific purpose. It does not look like it would have been the type of placement that would be offered to shareholders. That format would take too much time and it may be that the next news release is coming soon and might put the owners of the P+K claims in a little different bargaining position.

So what would any smart business person do at this point in time? I know that if I were in the shoes of Naxos and had high confidence in the next round of numbers, I would secure the option BEFORE the critical news release, do it quickly and then with all your ducks in a row, get ready for the most important news release to date for the company.

There is a very bright side to this.
